Love Your Mind Self-Care Workshops are two individual days of Self-Care Workshops for youth and young adults in Winnipeg, MB on Jan. 19 + 20, 2019. These workshops are being held with Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba to provide a space where you can learn and practice different forms of self-care.
These workshops will cover five areas of self-care:
- Mindfulness, Yoga, Nutrition, Expressive Art, Music
Each topic will be taught by instructors who will show how each self-care technique can impact your wellbeing and will help you learn how you can use each technique in your own life.
