A Course in Relaxation with Hillary Faye

Relaxation unravels the nervous system, and reconnects you to your life force energy: breath. Our body knows how to heal itself—we rejuvenate and heal when we relax into our parasympathetic nervous system. 

As Matt Kahn says, the secret of spiritual success is relaxation.
Your ability to relax directly equals your ability to trust life. 

Take time for yourself to do nothing expect relax and receive. 

On select Thursday evenings you will experience different tools and practices for deep relaxation. 

We will start the evening by getting comfortable in our bodies through 15 minutes of: gentle yoga stretches, self-massage, tapping, conscious breathing, and stress releasing practices. 

The only journey is the one within, let your inner journey begin! 

You will set up for a shavasana/nap time and be guided through either a calming meditation, yoga nidra (yoga of sleep), or therapeutic relaxation techniques. 

Let go, release, relax, rejuvenate, and meditate or possibly of fall into a blissful nap! 

Upon completion of our 75 minutes together, you will be gentle guided back into the present moment.
