Our November Urban Retreat, Balancing Act, will provide you with an opportunity to find the elusive balance between effort and ease - to experience the magic of being truly present.
During this one day Urban Retreat, offerings include - a Pranayama Yoga Flow class, a guided meditation, organic snacks, a nutrition workshop, gourmet lunch prepared by Aerie chef and nutritionist Taylor Wild, a moving meditation, live music and more.
